According to the New London Day home values in our town have not dropped while Franklin's, Bozrah, and Salem's have fallen. The article mentions that Salem's average sale price has dropped the most(about $90,000). A real estate agent mentioned that this may be because there were many homes that were built that were in the 400k-600k range in the last 6 years. Basically Economics 101 where supply exceeds demand.
